Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Wayaroo works without one, and your settings stay on your phone. You can back them up from More.

Why can't Wayaroo find my location? Check that Location is on for Wayaroo in your phone's Settings (Privacy → Location Services → Wayaroo). GPS works best outside or near a window.

A bus, price or place is wrong. Most information comes from transport operators and other open data, and can be late or wrong. Tell us and we'll pass it on or fix it. Always follow road signs and official sources.

How do I delete what I sent? Email us with roughly when and where you sent the report, and we'll remove it.
